The Challenge
RxBenefits puts their new customer service team members through rigorous training to ensure they are up to the caliber needed to provide optimal customer satisfaction. RxBenefits leadership knew they needed to find the right people to fit their environment.
The Approach
One size fits all personality assessments do not work. RxBenefits went through the StaffGeek process of identifying their Distinct Native Attributes (DNA). The DNA turned into a customized FitTech assessment, a way to test how well a candidate matches the RxBenefit DNA.
Each candidate FitTech report included suggested interview questions and coaching tips for onboarding.
With the help of StaffGeek, the RxBenefits new hires are speeding through training, because they are the right
