One-size-fits-all personality assessments do not work, as OPS Security Group learned from using other products in the past.
When working with StaffGeek, OPS Security Group’s first step was to identify the organization’s Distinct Native Attributes (DNA). Once StaffGeek uncovered the DNA, they used that data to create a customized FitTech assessment – or, a way to test how well a candidate matches the OPS Security Group DNA.
