The Approach

One size fits all personality assessments do not work. RxBenefits went through the StaffGeek process of identifying their Distinct Native Attributes (DNA). The DNA turned into a customized FitTech assessment, a way to test how well a candidate matches the RxBenefit DNA.

Each candidate FitTech report included suggested interview questions and coaching tips for onboarding.
